Can you align transportation throughout the trip?

Yes, if preferred, we can setup transportation for the group during the trip.

Do you require a deposit for the trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a deposit to book the trip but that amount will be specific to your group outing.

Question 3

What if we want to add in extra rounds of golf during the trip?

Accepted Answer

Anything additional added during the trip will have to be paid directly to that golf course and at whatever their going rate per round is.

What are the consequences for cancellation of trip?

You will be subject to forfeiture of your deposit… and a great time.

Can you help if I don’t want to travel with my clubs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we partner with ship sticks and can setup for your clubs to be sent directly to the course.

Do you suggest restaurants and dinner recommendations in the area?

Accepted Answer

We can absolutely help with suggesting restaurants or any other non-golf related activities that might be pursued.

Will we be reimbursed if upon arrival the course has recently been aerated?

Accepted Answer

No, but we check the maintenance schedule with every course and you will be notified beforehand of any planned actions.

Is there a limit to the number of people needed to organize a trip through Fairway Escapes?

We do not put a limit on the number of people in on the fun.  Anywhere between 1 and 100 people can be arranged.

Is there a minimum number of rounds or nights stayed needed to book through Fairway Escapes?

No, we are a company that can fully customize a trip to your specific wants and needs.

When is final payment due?

Accepted Answer

The final payment will be required, in full, 10 days prior to the trip start date.  We will accept multiple payments for each individual paying their portion of the trip.
